Oversight Panel

All Scheme Participants (Gas Producers and Traders) and Associate Members are part of our Oversight Panel.

Our Scheme rules give the Oversight Panel a role in setting the Scheme Fees and in providing input into our auditing procedures.

The panel has an independent chairperson and adopts term of reference in line with the provisions of the Scheme Rules.

Interested parties may attend the panel meetings, but do not have voting rights.
